About Rachel tan-hwee
Rachel Tan-Hwee is an Illustrator and Graphic Designer who's been so very in love with drawing and painting since she was a wee-kid and would rather do nothing else!
She's got a Diploma in Digital Media Design (Animation) and a whole lot of work experience in many different parts of the art industry under her belt, as well as a whole bunch of kitties.
